Refund policy
RETURNS
We have a 14-day return policy (for domestic orders) which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. For international orders , we have a 30-day return policy.
To be eligible for a return:
- your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused.
- You must return its original packaging as well (Microfiber pouch, jewelry box,..)
- You’ll need to provide a proof of purchase or the order ID.
However, customers are responsible for the delivery/shipping cost of their returns. A return delivery fee will be deducted from your original form of payment after the refund is processed. Please check our refund policy for more info.

FOR DOMESTIC ORDERS (inside the UAE):
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return collection tracking number as well as instructions on the returns process by email. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS : Customers are fully responsible for the return process and shipping cost within 30 days after receipt of their order.
FAULTY ITEMS : Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We will ensure your item get replaced or entirely refunded and we will cover all necessary shipping costs .
- You can exchange for a different size or item.
- We offer a free return delivery on domestic exchanges.
To exchange your item/s follow the above return instructions, and then place a brand new order for the item/s you desire.
ITEMS EXCLUDED FROM RETURNS & EXCHANGES
SALE AND FINAL SALE ITEMS do not qualify for returns. This includes promotional coupon codes or discounts used at the time of purchase.
COD orders do not qualify for returns - we cannot refund cash back .
EARRINGS are non-refundable due to hygienic reasons.

REFUND ON RETURNED ITEMS
In order to be eligible for a refund on items you wish to return , please check our return policy first.
- Upon receipt and inspection of your returned item/s in accordance to our returns policy, we will notify you and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
- If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method deducting a delivery fee . Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
- If not approved , the item/s will be returned back to you and a delivery fee will be charged .

REFUND ON DAMAGED OR WRONG ITEMS
- If the reason for your refund request is to return a wrong or a damaged item, please make sure to contact us not longer than 24hours after you receive your order on info@simanboutique.com and provide us with your order number, pictures and details.
In these 2 cases only we will refund you the total amount of your order( value of the item at time of your purchase + shipping cost) .
REFUND EXCLUSIONS
We cannot make a refund in the below cases:

Your order did not reach you due to factors out of our control (in the case where you provided us with an incorrect address).For that , Please always double check your address details before placing an order.

Your order did not reach you due to other uncontrollable factors (such as customs clearance issues , natural disasters, ..)

The items you purchased were on Sale. We do not refund during the Sale.
- The item you purchased were EARRINGS. For hygienic reasons, earrings are excluded from returns & refunds.
